These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the UnFight iPhone application and this website. By downloading or using UnFight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

UnFight is a self-guided tool. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or emergency assistance, and it is not a substitute for any of those. Its content is for general informational and self-help purposes only. If you are concerned about your relationship, mental health, or safety, consult a qualified professional. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UnFight on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app.

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local App Store currency before you buy.
• The annual plan may include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing. Any unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Promotional pricing (for example a discounted first year) applies only for the stated period, after which standard pricing applies.

Everything you write in UnFight is yours and stays on your device. We claim no ownership of it and — by design — never receive it. You are responsible for how you use anything you draft in the app, including messages you choose to send to others.

You agree not to use UnFight in any unlawful way, to harm or harass any person, or to attempt to probe, disable, or interfere with the app's operation or security features.

UnFight is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app's suggestions will improve any relationship or produce any particular outcome. Research figures referenced in the app or on this site describe general findings about couples, not predictions about you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; where they do not, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You may stop using UnFight at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
